Exchange and return policy

We hope you are satisfied and love every purchase made by our website but if you are not, no worries, follow our exchange / return policy below.

Can I exchange my order?

You can exchange any product within 10 days from the date of receipt. We don't have a refund policy.

You can exchange for a product of equal or greater value in an Oxette store by returning the product together with the authenticity card which is included in each order. The monetary difference is paid in the store. Changes are only accepted in Oxette stores, and not at any point of sale. This is applicable only for Cyprus.

Rest of the world

All International sales are final. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties. No returns and refunds are accepted on international orders.

Delays or Lost Packages

The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Oxette-lca is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Oxette-lca does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
